Choose your choice of protein, carbs, and vegetables; to make your week a breeze! *Session duration is only for delivery window timing fyi* Choices are: -Proteins: chicken breast, chicken thigh, shrimp, salmon, ground beef, ground lamb, or ground turkey, *skirt steak is an additional charge you must charge in the add ons -Carbs: mashed potatoes, roasted diced potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, white rice, brown rice, coconut rice -Vegetables: roasted carrots, roasted broccoli, roasted zucchini, asparagus, steamed green beans, steamed broccoli, sauteed spinach, sauteed kale Once you receive the email from us that your payment has been approved, please respond with your options. For 12 meals you choose 3, for 20 meals choose 5. Then we will respond with availability to get you started, based on your location!












Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds under any circumstances. Any changes or questions need to happen prior to payment, after there is nothing that can be done. Order minimum does not include tax, charges or delivery. If there are any allergies please make sure you let us know when you order, even if it is not something you think would be part of your meal! The meals are made on a lighter, more health-conscious side without compromising flavor. We are super flexible! Meal prep containers are a one time cost, if you can reliably return cleaned containers week to week, there is a code sent to remove container cost. FAQs: -I like xxx but don't see it on the menu? Just ask, we love to make new things! We are constantly changing and updating the menu -Can I freeze the meals? No, freezing breaks down the quality of ingredients, and some ingredients do not recover once reheated -What fat do you use? Typically olive or avocado oil depending on what is being cooked; coconut oil or low calorie butter for snacks -Serving size is 6 oz protein, 150g veg, and 200g carbs; please contact us if you are looking for a variation -Plastic containers are dishwasher and microwave safe, we do not recommend reheating in the containers as heating plastic has been scientifically proven to not be good for your health, it also can melt plastic containers which cannot be returned or reused, nor if they are scratched
