We help you create a meal plan or event menu that works for you, whether that might be:
just plain regular!, strictly organic, high protein, low calorie, crohns/SIBO, low sugar, low salt, low carb/high carb, gluten free, soy free, lactose free, mediterranean, Atkins, etc.
We’ll plan a one on one consultation to discuss dietary preferences, goals, and nutritional needs. We’ll create a personalized plan and we will take over from there, sharing menus each week when payment is due for your review or any comments. And all you have to do is heat, and eat!
