About the event
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an intimate, chef-curated five-course surf & turf experience designed for an elevated evening of fine dining.
The night begins with a refined beef tartare amuse bouche, followed by a seasonal poached pear and burrata salad. Guests will then enjoy a composed main course featuring a perfectly cooked ribeye paired with a parmesan-stuffed lobster tail, accompanied by silky mashed potatoes and charred broccolini.
A warm apple tea palate cleanser prepares the senses for dessert, where the evening concludes with a honeycomb cheesecake — light, balanced, and thoughtfully finished. All served alongside our Pear and White Tea Spritz Mocktail
This dinner is designed as a seated, coursed experience with limited availability, allowing for attentive service and an unhurried pace throughout the evening. Perfect for the foodie couple that doesn't want to sit in an overpacked South Florida restaurant this Valentine's Day.
