We are a customizable and completely unique to each event/family sort of company! We take pride in building menus to each events tastes, and never making clients select from previously used or boring menus. Sourced from the best ingredients, seed oil free, and strictly organic/grass fed as an option!
How Does It Work?
We are a personal chef service, that specializes in meal prep delivery and catered events. A few options you can work with us:
1. Online ordering, we have a live meal prep favorites menu that you can order from, for Palm Beach County, FL only. You can also find our Holiday menus here, when applicable.
2. Become a meal prep client: We deliver either once or twice weekly, depending on order size. You can find our current schedule on our Home page, availability and locations can change. Fill in the meal prep form to get started, or send us a message below!
3. In-home dining or catered event: Throwing a party, dinner, gathering, wedding, etc. we are a semi-full service licensed and insured catering company, that partners with a local company to provide rentals and any other equipment you may need. From brunch buffets to elegant plated dinners, office catering, and most things in between, we are versed in many cuisines and flexible to help you create your event how you'd like it!
-I like xxx but don't see it on the menu? Just ask, we love to make new things! We are constantly changing and updating the menu
-Can I freeze the meals? You can, but... freezing breaks down the quality of ingredients, and some ingredients do not recover once reheated
-What fat do you use? Cold pressed avocado oil or olive oil depending on what is being cooked; coconut oil or low calorie butter for snacks
-Serving size is 6 oz protein, 100-150g veg, and 150-200g carbs; please contact us if you are looking for a variation
-Plastic containers are dishwasher and microwave safe, we do not recommend reheating in the containers as heating plastic has been scientifically proven to not be good for your health and the food does not reheat properly. Take it out of the container and spread it around on a plate for even reheating.
